Resettlement Project - Overview

In February 2022 Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.  It was the largest attack on a European country since World War II.  The devastation, loss of life, and disruption to millions of Ukrainians has been overwhelming.  Millions of Ukrainians have fled Ukraine as refugees and thousands have died in the war.  St. John's has undertaken a mission to help resettle a Ukrainian family who are fleeing the violence and horror of the invasion.  St. John's is partnering with a very generous family in Massachusetts who wish to support resettlement for Ukrainian refugees.  St. John's is organizing most of the resettlement logistics and we have dedicated our residential property in Arlington to be a safe and secure home.  We are also partnering with Catholic Charities in Boston and Olga's List who are both providing a range of supports and services to the family.
